In 2006, I published four picture books from poplar company in Japan.
When you turn up the page where there was a hole of various form, it is the picture book which an animal, a vehicle, a toy, clothes come out to in sequence. While you show a child form and a color of a hole ,please ask"what is next?" .
Fortunately, as for this series, reputation is very good, and the number of copies has already reached Part 350000. These books are also published in Korea and France. In addition, negotiations of publication for China and Taiwan advance now. I took time of seven years, and I completed these picture books. Therefore I hope for these books having children of many countries enjoy it.

an illustration exhibition in Italy "UNLIKELY BESTIARY"

I am going to participate in an illustration exhibition in Italy.
It seems to become a pleasant exhibition. If all of you come to look, I am very glad.

Are exposed works by: Abolfazl Hemmati Ahoei, Serge Bloch, Annalaura Cantone, Lynda Corazza, Koji Ishikawa, Ken Oshino, Behrad Amin Salmasi, Morteza Esmaili Sohi, Javier Solchaga, Cristiana Valentini, Morteza Zahedi.
The vernissage will be thursday 23 march 2006, at 17 p.m.

2004 Bologna Illustrators Exhibition of Children's Books Selected"The Trip of KOTARO"

"The Trip of KOTARO" was awarded a prize for"Bologna Illustrators Exhibition of Children'sBooks 2004",
Which is famous as a gateway to succeed as a pictorial book writer.
"The Trip of KOTARO" is a photographic story for "Paper Wanko"which is my series of paper crafted dogs along with short lines.
*" Paper WANKO" is a matter of little dog made of paper.
